Accommodation in TempeGeneral InformationArizona is a popular tourist destination in March because of its paradise-like weather. Tourists from all over the world come to Arizona to see its natural wonders and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the South West Capital of Youth (Tempe Downtown) and the creative spirit of the Capital of the Fine Arts (Downtown Scottsdale). Availability of hotels at this time may be limited and the organizers will make group reservations well in advance to secure accommodation at discount rate for NGC2014 participants and guests. We strongly encourage our participants to make early reservations. Our group reservations in the hotels will expire month before the meeting. Hotel payments, Cancellation and ReimbursementParticipants are expected to reserve their accommodation directly with the hotels, e.g. by booking the rooms by phone, fax or via internet, as specified on the hotel web sites listed below. While making your reservation, please, mention that you are attending nanotechnology conference at ASU to get the ASU rate or special rates listed below. If on-line booking does not allow reservations with the specified discount rate, make your reservation by phone or contact NGC2014 organizers for assistance. We expect the shuttle service to/from the conference venues to be available for participants who stay at these locations (unless the hotel is located at 15 min or less walking distance).
