Participants are advised to note the following dates:
- Registration & Conference Fees:
The early registration fee for conference participants is 300 US dollars (before November 10, 2013),
regular fee - 400 US dollars (November 10, 2013 - February 9, 2014), late fee - 500 US dollars (February 10 - March 9, 2014) and on-site fee (March 10-14, 2014) is 600 US dollars. Full time students may receive a 50% discount off regular conference fees. The registration fee for guests accompanying conference attendees is 100 US dollars.
The registration fee includes the book of abstracts, reception and coffee breaks.

Abstract Submission & Acceptance: The deadline for abstracts submission is December 10, 2013 for oral and January 10, 2014 for poster presentation (final deadline!).
Decisions about abstract acceptance will be made on or before January 30, 2014. Participants who require confirmation of abstract acceptance to
apply for visa or travel support from their institutions or funding agencies may request an early abstract processing and confirmation.

Papers Submission: Organizers will accept papers for publication in the conference proceedings
starting February 10, 2014. Final deadline for submission of papers is May 31, 2014.

Hotel Reservation: Group rates and reservations negotiated by organizers with the selected hotels expire a month before the conference. Further details will be available on the Accommodation page. Participants are advised to make early hotel reservations.
