Sponsors are welcome!

The NGC2014 organizers invite businesses and non-profit organizations to support the 6th Nano & Giga Forum with financial contributions (cash-sponsors), advertising (media-sponsors) and other resources.

Conference sponsors will gain access to exclusive privileges:

  • Sponsors-organizers -- those who provide personnel assistance, facilities, resources and/or cash contribution at the total level of $50,000 (fifty thousand dollars) or more, will be entitled to ten registration and event fee waivers and the right to participate in all organizational and planning committee meetings, thus contributing their ideas and shaping the program and organization of the conference. Moreover, their exhibitor fee will be waived. They will be listed in all printed materials, as well as honorably mentioned on the conference Web site.

  • Platinum sponsors -- those whose total contribution will be $10,000 (ten thousand dollars) or more, will be entitled to a seat on the Advisory Board. The exhibition fee for the sponsor and conference fee for two representatives will be waved. The sponsor will be listed on the conference web site and in all printed publications.

  • Golden sponsors -- those who contribute in total $5,000 (five thousand dollars) or more, will be listed on the conference web site, and in the book of abstracts. One conference registration fee and one exhibition space will be provided for the sponsors at no additional cost.

  • Silver sponsors -- those who provide support in excess of $2,000 (two thousand dollars) will be listed on the conference web site and in the book of abstracts. The conference registration fee will be waived for one representative designated by the sponsor.

  • Media sponsors -- organizations or individuals that contribute in a meaningful way to the conference advertising, will be listed on the conference web site and in the book of abstracts. Other benefits may be negotiated depending on the impact of their contribution.

Representatives of the sponsors-organizers and platinum sponsors will have an opportunity to present their organizations at the opening ceremony and at other events, including the conference reception and dinner, as well as at special conference sessions. Golden sponsors will be invited to present their organizations at special sponsored events.

There are many ways to support the conference and we are happy to work with potential sponsors to customize a package that meets your organization's goals and enhances the conference experience for everyone.

In addition to sponsorships, there will be opportunities for suppliers and vendors to exhibit their products and services.

To become an NGCM2014 sponsor, please, contact one of the conference co-chairmen.
