Regular Participants are welcome at all meeting events, including scientific sessions, exposition, Spring School lectures, reception, meals and coffee breaks. They are encouraged to participate in discussions and give oral and/or poster presentation(s). Regular participants will also receive a copy of conference materials. They are also asked to help in reviewing papers submitted for the publication in the conference proceedings. The registration fee is the same for participants from academia, industry, non-profit, and government labs.

Regular Participants can bring to the meeting their family members and/or friends as Accompanying Persons to take full advantage of the attractive meeting location and its interesting and entertaining social program.

Full time students have the same rights as Regular Participants at the substantially lower registration fee. They are welcome at all meeting events, including scientific sessions, exposition and are expected to participate in most of the lectures of the Spring School. They are welcome to reception, meals and coffee breaks. They are encouraged to participate in discussions and present their graduate research at the meeting sessions. They will also receive a copy of conference materials.

When registering to the meeting, students should enter their Position as a full time student and send an e-mail to info@nanoandgiga.com with a scanned copy of the student ID and a letter from a supervisor, which would verify full time student's status and provide recommendation of student's research for presentation at the conference. Acceptance of the abstract for presentaion at the conference is required for obtaining the student discount on the conference fee.

Accompanying persons, traditionally family members or friends, are welcome at all meeting events, including reception, meals and coffee breaks. They will not, however, receive copies of conference materials (e.g., book of abstracts). They are assumed to participate in the social program rather than scientific sessions.

Regular participants agree that their accompanying persons will not perform professional and/or marketing activities at the meeting locations, and will not present posters or talks, though they may serve as assistants (e.g., serve as translators or equipment operators).

Organizers will provide many opportunities for sponsors, suppliers and vendors to interact with key contacts. We invite sponsors and exhibitors to participate actively in the meeting events and present their organizations at the technical sessions and social events. The close proximity of the exhibition area to the plenary and poster sessions will drive quality traffic throughout the exhibition. Our basic exhibition package includes:

• A desk, two chairs, poster stand and the standard electric outlet. Exhibitors may bring their own poster stands (displays);
• One complimentary registration at the conference;
• Placement of brochure at the registration area and distribution at the conference events;
• Permission to distribute brochures and other marketing materials at the social events;
• Acknowledgement at the web site.
