Participants are advised to note the following dates:

• Registration & Conference Fees: The early registration fee for conference participants is 400 US dollars (before May 18, 2017), regular fee - 500 US dollars (May 18 - August 18, 2017), late fee - 600 US dollars (After August 18, 2017) and on-site fee (September 18-22, 2014) is 700 US dollars. Full time students may receive a 50% discount off regular conference fees. The registration fee for guests accompanying conference attendees is 100 US dollars. The registration fee includes the book of abstracts, reception and coffee breaks.
   
  
• Abstract Submission & Acceptance: Extended and final deadline: Abstract submission deadline has been extended till July 18 for poster presentations and for submissions for the Technology Innovations and the Nanotechnology in Space workshops. All approved abstracts are presented on the Approved Abstracts page.
   
  
• Papers Submission: Proposals for publishing tutorial reviews shall be presented till June 18. The deadline for submission in the Focus Collection of the Nanotechnology journal (peer reviews selected papers) is November 30.
   
  
• Hotel Reservation: Group rates and reservations negotiated by organizers with the selected hotels expire a month before the conference. Further details will be available on the Accommodation page. Participants are advised to make early hotel reservations.
   
  
• Other Activities & Deadlines: will be listed on this page as well as in the "news" section on the home page. Registered participants will be reminded by e.mail about the important deadlines.
